About Me

I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) originally reigning from Salt Lake City, Utah. My passion is empowering families to discover their own strength and ability to heal in their unique, challenging circumstances and using creative interventions to advocate for my clients and promote the positive changes they seek.

I graduated with a bachelors of science in Marriage & Family Studies with a minor in Psychology from Brigham Young University - Idaho in 2017, and went on to obtain a masters of science in Couple & Family Therapy at Kansas State University in 2020. I practiced in various capacities as a therapist in the Dallas/Fort Worth for four years, and have recently relocated to the Kansas City area. I have kept my licensing credentials in the state of Texas to continue serving clients virtually.

Ranging from adolescent partial hospitalization/intensive outpatient programs, early childhood intervention, psychiatric clinics, and then onto my own private practice, I have had a chance to narrow in on what Iā€™m passionate about and help families get a firmer grasp on healing their relationships. I would be honored to be a part of your journey next!

Texas LMFT license number: 203953
